These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BOO2Y (“BOO2Y”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including our mobile application, website, products, and services (collectively, the “Service”).

BOO2Y is a social, matching, chat, voice interaction, and entertainment application. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law to use BOO2Y. Some features, events, purchases, or community activities may require users to be at least 18 years old.

By using BOO2Y, you confirm that you are legally allowed to use the Service and that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

2. Account Registration and Security

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must not create fake, misleading, or impersonation accounts.
• You must not sell, rent, transfer, or share your account without our permission.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use BOO2Y to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, bully, or harm other users.
• Post or send illegal, hateful, violent, discriminatory, obscene, or harmful content.
• Share sexual content involving minors or attempt to contact minors for inappropriate purposes.
• Impersonate another person, organization, celebrity, staff member, or official account.
• Spam, scam, advertise without permission, or promote fraudulent activities.
• Share private information of others without permission.
• Use bots, scripts, automation, cheats, exploits, or unauthorized tools.
• Interfere with the security, stability, or normal operation of the Service.
• Use BOO2Y for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. User Content

You are responsible for the content you upload, post, send, speak, stream, or otherwise share on BOO2Y, including text, photos, videos, voice, profile information, comments, messages, and room content (“User Content”).

By sharing User Content, you grant BOO2Y a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, moderate, adapt, and distribute such content as necessary to operate, promote, improve, and protect the Service.

You must have the necessary rights to share your User Content. BOO2Y may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, our community rules, or applicable law.

5. Matching, Chat, Voice Rooms, and Social Features

BOO2Y may provide matching, chat, voice rooms, live interaction, gifts, events, and other social features. We do not guarantee that you will match with any specific person or achieve any particular social result.

You should use caution when interacting with others online. BOO2Y is not responsible for user behavior inside or outside the Service.

6. Virtual Currency, Gifts, Items, and Membership

BOO2Y may offer virtual currency such as diamonds or coins, virtual gifts, items, badges, levels, memberships, and other digital benefits. These virtual items are licensed to you for use within BOO2Y only.

• Virtual items are not real money and do not have cash value unless explicitly stated by BOO2Y in writing.
• Virtual items cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed outside BOO2Y without our permission.
• We may manage, modify, suspend, or remove virtual items or related features when necessary.
• Purchase rules, refund rules, and payment processing may also be governed by the app store or payment provider you use.

7. Payments and Refunds

Purchases may be processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, third-party payment providers, or other payment channels supported by BOO2Y. You agree to provide accurate payment information and comply with the rules of the relevant payment provider.

Unless required by applicable law or stated otherwise, purchases of virtual items, memberships, and digital benefits are final and non-refundable after successful delivery.

8. Moderation and Enforcement

To maintain a safe community, BOO2Y may monitor, review, investigate, and moderate accounts, content, messages, voice rooms, reports, transactions, and user behavior.

Depending on the situation, BOO2Y may take actions including:

• Warning the user.
• Removing content.
• Restricting certain features.
• Freezing virtual currency or rewards during investigation.
• Suspending or permanently banning an account.
• Reporting serious violations to relevant authorities when required by law.

9. Safety and Reporting

If you see content or behavior that violates these Terms or makes you feel unsafe, you may use in-app report, block, or support features. BOO2Y may review reports and take action at our discretion.

10. Intellectual Property

BOO2Y, including its name, logo, design, features, software, text, graphics, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to BOO2Y and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, sell, or exploit any part of the Service without our written permission.

11. Service Changes and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of BOO2Y at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Termination

You may stop using BOO2Y at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for BOO2Y or other users, or use the Service in a harmful or unlawful way.

After termination, some provisions of these Terms will continue to apply, including those related to user responsibility, intellectual property, virtual items, limitation of liability, and dispute handling.

13. Disclaimers

BOO2Y is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your expectations or that all users will behave appropriately.

You understand that online social interaction involves risks, and you are responsible for your own decisions and interactions.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BOO2Y and its owners, employees, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, account loss, virtual item loss, or harm caused by other users.

15. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using BOO2Y, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of BOO2Y after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
